Sanchez, one of the great house music legends coming from New York, started last Monday July 1st in a very successful way the eleven dates that bring him to the white island. All Mondays left in the season, except September 2nd, Café Olé will be attended by the Grammy awarded producer, DJ and remixer.
Such a reference for all house music lovers, his most prominent references include the distinguished album First Contact which Roger reached the top of the lists on the UK with, and his single Another Chance became chart-topping hit in 2001. Another fact making New Yorker Roger Sanchez a legend on the international house music scene is his weekly radio show Release Yourself, with more than 15 million listeners around the globe and broadcasted over a hundred stations worldwide.
Space Ibiza Terrace will become Roger Sanchez place where he will be releasing his explosive musical blend, consisting in different house music branches. Next to him, renowned artists like the veterans Chus+Ceballos, Frankie Knuckles, CJ Mackintosh or DJ Spen, joining new and powerful values like Funkagenda, Mike Vale, Carlos Fauvrelle, Prok & Fitch, Boris and René Amesz. The other two residents in The Terrace of Café Olé escorting Roger Sanchez will be Danny Leblack and Rafha Madrid. In some sessions, Roger will count on the great voice of his homie Ultra Naté, New Yorker house singer diva.
On the other hand, Porter Robinson has cancelled yesterday afternoon four of the first dates on his European tour due to a strep throat health matter, among which was the perform on Café Olé Ibiza next Monday.
